Picasso Study #2
Students viewed many works by the famous Pablo Picasso and tried out one of his colorful line drawings of a bouquet of flowers. Students painted a bouquet of flowers using the primary colors (red, yellow and blue) to paint and mix. The classes loved seeing how two primaries could create the secondary colors (orange, green and purple). The final step was to do a line drawing of their hand holding the bouquet of flowers and to sign their name just like Picasso!
